India is known for its rich and spicy food. We are the land of hot curries, gol gappas and kababs, made from spices which have nutritional as well as medicinal values. As Indians, we and our stomachs are trained from a very early age to be able to easily combine this hot food with the hot climate. We are not afraid of eating deep fried spicy chicken,hot and spicy aloo puri/chhole bhature even in the sweltering summer of May - June. And if your stomach starts burning, we have another delicacy to cool it down. Our poster documents this appetizing journey from the mouth to the stomach and intestine in a metaphoric way, till the soul of the samosa that you had an hour ago moves out flying.
